Is there a fee for returning?
The return of the delivered goods is entirely at your expense. No other administration fees are charged for returns.
May I always return my order?
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return the goods (or part of) within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your order. If after this period the goods delivered have not been returned to Oil & Vinegar, the sale is final. You are obliged, before proceeding to return accordingly within the period of 14 days after delivery to notify Oil & Vinegar in writing . Return of Goods must be in original packaging (including accessories and documentation) and in new condition. If the goods have been used by you, or in any way have been damaged, returns will not be accepted. With regard to what is stipulated in the preceding sentence, Oil & Vinegar will ensure that within 30 days after receipt of the return, the full purchase price including the shipping costs will be refunded to you. However, the return of the delivered goods is entirely at your expense and risk. The right to return products does not apply to those goods produced according to particular specifications of the consumer, such as customisation, or of a clearly personalised character and goods or services that can not be returned because of their nature, for example perishable goods. This applies to all food products.
Can I give my order to the driver to return?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Please contact us either by phone or email and we will arrange for the return to be collected.
How quickly is my return processed?
We will aim to process your return within 3 working days of receiving your returned goods. If we are sending you replacement goods these will be sent out as soon as practical and any refund will also be applied within 3 working days.
What do I do when if order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect?
Please call 01463 240073 or email email@example.com as soon as possible if your order is damaged or if there are any shortages or incorrect products. We will then discuss with you how to rectify the problem as soon as practical.
