How do I find a product?

You can navigate our website menu and use the various filtering options, or use the search function. You can search by product name. Did not find what you wanted? Please contact us and we will happily help, e-mail address: [email protected]

Can I order all of the Oil & Vinegar products in the web shop?

You can order a wide selection of our products in the web shop. For our complete assortment, please visit our shop. 

How do I place an order?

Place your chosen product in your shopping basket by clicking "Add to basket". You can continue shopping by clicking on "continue shopping" or "Go to Checkout" to pay. Did you choose something? Fill in your details and follow the steps "address", "check your order" and "pay". Your order is completed only after you have clicked the "order" button. Until then, you are always free to make changes.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes, in the "shipping information" select a different address than the billing address.

Do I receive a message about the progress of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Once we have packed your order ready for shipping, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation by mail?

If  there is no confirmation within 2 business days after your order has been received, please advise us by email at [email protected]

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order, we recommend you contact us, email address [email protected]
