  • Ingredients

    • ½ green or red pepper • 1 tomato • ¼ red onion • 60 g green beans • ½ tin tuna (approx 70 g) • 50 g Olive Miste Condite alla Toscana (mixed olives ) • 1 egg, hard boiled, quartered • approx. 25 g Swiss chard lettuce or other lettuce • tarragon • chives

    Dressing
    • 1 tbsp Arbequina Olive Oil • 1 tbsp Marc de Champagne Vinegar • 1 tsp Dill Lemon Mustard

  • Getting started

    Bring a pan with sufficient water in it to the boil. Cook, at the same time, the egg for 10 minutes and the green beans for 6 to 8 minutes. Rinse both with cold water. Meanwhile cut up the pepper, tomato and red onion.

    Step 2

    Make the salad as follows:

    1) Make the dressing and pour this into the jar first.
    2) Then add, in layers, the pepper, tomato, red onion, green beans, olives, tuna and egg.
    3) Fill the jar up with lettuce.
    4) Arrange a handful of tarragon and chives on top of the jar.

    Variation tips

    Replace the tomato with radish.

    Add 150 g boiled potatoes per person to make an evening meal salad.
