    • 100 g cucumber • ½ yellow bell pepper • 1 small avocado • 50 g smoked chicken fillet • 1 egg • ½ à 1 little gem lettuce • 30 g Parmesan cheese, grated • Crostini Oregano • extra: a little lemon juice

    Dressing
    • 2 tbsp Flavor It! Dressing • 1 tsp Dipper Formaggio herbs • 1 tsp Lemon Olive Oil Black Pepper, according to taste

  • Preparations

    Cook the egg for 10 minutes until hard. Let it cool down, shell and quarter it. Cut up the chicken fillet and vegetables and keep them separate. Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

    Step 2

    Make the salad as follows:

    1) Make the dressing with the ingredients stated and pour this into the jar first.
    2) Add, in this order, the cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, chicken and egg in layers in the jar.
    3) Tear off the lettuce leaves, rinse them well, pat them dry and add them to the jar.
    4) Garnish with the Parmesan cheese and the Crostini Oregano.
