    • 1 fresh, sweet apple • 75 g sweetcorn (from a can/jar) • 30 g Alcaparrón (capers) • 50 g lardons • 40 g goat's cheese • 5 walnuts from Honey Walnut • 35 g fiels salad • extra: lemon juice

    Dressing
    • 2 tbp Honey Thyme Dressing • 1 tbsp Chardonnay Wine Vinegar

  • Getting started

    Fry the lardons and let them cool down. Cut the apple into blocks and sprinkle with some lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

    Step 2

    Make the salad as follows:

    1. Make the dressing and pour this into the jar first.
    2. Then add in layers, respectively, the apple blocks, sweetcorn, capers and lardons.
    3. Break the walnuts into pieces and crumble the goat’s cheese in the jar.
    4. Lastly, add the field salad.

    Variation tip

    Add 150 g boiled potatoes per person to make an evening meal salad.
