The Marc de Champagne vinegar is based on white vinegar. The aroma of Marc de Champagne is created by distilling the remaining must after the virgin press of grapes for the champagne, after which it ages for five years in oak vats.

Marc de Champagne vinegar is delicious over fresh (!) oysters. Also grilled salmon or tuna are made exquisite by a marinade of Marc de Champagne vinegar. Deliciously fresh over a fruit salad or a light summer salad with grilled goat's or sheep's cheese. Festive combination with ice and sorbets!

Try the Marc de Champagne Vinegar also in combination with the White or Black Truffle Olive Oil, or the Tuscan Herbs Olive Oil. Mix this in a 1:3 ratio and you will no doubt steal the show. The Oil & Vinegar Marc de Champagne Vinegar makes even any other regular day a special one!
