With this herb mix you can make your own fresh hummus in no time. Make sure you always keep next to Extra virgin olive oil and also a tin of chickpeas in stock.

Add 2 tbsp Hummus Dip mix to the contents of a drained 200g tin of chickpeas. Pour in 3 tbsp water and 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Puree all ingredients with a hand blender until smooth. Add some more drops of fresh lemon juice to taste.

Try also different flavored olive oils instead of a neutral olive oil and create your own favorite hummus! Our tip? Olive oil with chilli or lemon.
