The oil is notable for its strong black truffle taste and scent, allowing you to make the simplest dishes something special. Can best be used cold as a finishing touch on dishes and is particularly good with egg dishes, salads, risotto and roasted potatoes. The oil combines well with Sherry Vinegar. A dressing tip: 1/3 Sherry Vinegar – 2/3 Olive Oil with Black Truffle.

The olives are harvested in the cold press method. By pressing the olives in this traditional manner, the flavor is optimally preserved, producing a high quality olive oil, with low acidity (0.3% - 0.5%).
