Tapas have always been popular with the Spanish population, but due to tourism more and more people become tapas-fans. How about Patatas Bravas? This authentic potato dish with traditional Spanish herbs is a must-have when eating tapas. With the Patatas Bravas herb mix you can easily season your potatoes at home, to serve the famous Patatas Bravas yourself. You only have to weld the herbs in warm water, by adding (extra virgin) olive oil, stir, and then bake your potatoes in this mix. And enjoy the spicy herby taste of pure ingredients of the Patatas Bravas Dip!

Not so keen on potatoes? You can use this herb mix in other recipes. By the combination of tomatoes, garlic, chili peppers, pepper and curry in a mix. You can go either way with the Patatas Bravas Dip… Both for warm and cold use.

And how about a dip with sour cream or mayonnaise? Or mixed with mayonnaise as a sandwich spread? Also surprising in a dressing with olive oil and vinegar.
