How do I find a product in the catalog?

Can I order all of the Oil & Vinegar products in the web shop?

You can order a wide selection of our products in the web shop. For our complete assortment, please one our shop 403-719-1702

How do I place an order?

Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". You can continue shopping by clicking on "continue shopping" or "Go to Checkout" to pay. Did you find everything? Fill in your details and follow the steps to "address", "check your order" and "payment". Only after you have clicked the "order" button, your order is final. Until then, you are always free to make changes.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes, in the "shipping information" to select a different address than the billing address.


Do I receive a message about the progress of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, right after you placed your order.

What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation by mail?

You will receive an order confirmation by email.  Once your order is shipped out to you, you will receive a confirmation from the shipping agency with tracking number.
