    • 6 tablespoons Bake & Roast Olive oil
    • 2 teaspoons mustard
    • 2 teaspoons Texan Steak Rub
    • 1 or 2 teaspoons Habanero Chili

    • 2 teaspoons Honey Mustard
    • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise with olive oil


  • Whisky marinade: This Whisky Vinegar is perfect for making marinades. The acidity makes your
    meat tender and even tastier!
    Marinade for 500 g meat / chicken:
    • 4 tablespoons Whisky Vinegar
    • 6 tablespoons Baking & Roasting Olive oil
    • 2 teaspoons mustard
    • 2 teaspoons Texan Steak Rub (contains brown sugar, essential for a sticky whisky
    marinade)
    • 1 or 2 teaspoons Habanero Chili Sauce (for an extra spicy kick)

    On the BBQ:

    Whisky Vinegar every half hour over your spare ribs or pulled pork. It gives
