Spring has arrived and it's the perfect time to chat with friends and family while enjoying a delicious brunch/lunch or dinner. Which recipes do you treat your loved ones to?

  • 1/2 Fennel
    1/2 Dried Red Chilli Pepper
    12 Oz Fresh Salmon
    1/4 Cup Lemon Olive Oil
    4 Fresh Basil leaves
    1/2 Lemon
    1 Tbsp Chardonnay Wine Vinegar
    1 Tbsp ground Coriander Seeds
    Salt And Pepper

  • Cut the salmon into small cubes. Finely chop the chilli pepper and basil leaves and add them to the salmon.

    Mix the olive oil, the juice of half a lemon and the Chardonnay Wine Vinegar with the salmon. Season the salmon tartar with salt, pepper, and ground coriander.

    Cut the fennel into small slices and mix them into the salmon tartar. Transfer the salmon tartar to four plates and garnish with a slice of lemon to taste.
