We love an impromptu party at Oil & Vinegar and our line of herb mixes are perfect for getting the party started.  Use what you need and save the rest in the cupboard.  It’s perfect, because they are dried herbs, they won’t go off waiting for the next party to start!  A basic dip is made with half a cup of sour cream, half a cup of mayonnaise and a tablespoon of the herb mix.  If you want a stronger flavour add more mix, if you want a milder taste, use less mix or add more mayonnaise.

Our herb blends are inspired by the cuisine of the Mediterranean.  This trio takes you on a journey through Spain, Greece and Holland! They add flavour and inspiration in a matter of minutes.  Use these mixes as a dry rub, as a sauce or added to sauce for additional flavour.  The possibilities are endless.

  • Mustard dill dip: sugar, mustard seeds (23,3%), salt, dill (13%), maltodextrin, lemon juice powder, natural flavouring, spices.

    Patatas Bravas dip: tomato flakes (tomato concentrate, maize starch) (40%), garlic (16%), sugar, chilies (11%), paprika, salt, curry (contains celery and mustard), olive oil.

    Tzatziki Garlic dip:garlic (47%), salt, onion (13%), chives, pepper, parsley (6,5%), olive oil.
