This Cherry-Almond Crema Vinegar is thicker than ordinary vinegar because the balsam cream has a lower acidity and the addition of more sugar. A natural cherry extract and concentrated almond oil are added to this balsam cream, which results in a sweet cream vinegar for a special sweet sensation. Due to the fruity taste of the nut aroma the Cherry-Almond Crema Vinegar, it is great to sprinkle on a salad, a fantastic combination with cream cheese or monchou, surprising with wild or poultry and a great addition to ice, milkshakes, fruit juices or water.

  • Groceries

    • 200g white fondue chocolate • 400ml full fat milk • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream • 4 tsp Cherry-Almond Crema Vinegar (add more to taste)

  • Getting started

    Warm 200ml milk and, as soon as it is warm, remove it from the heat. Melt the chocolate in the warm milk. Add the cold milk and stir well.

    Step 2

    Then leave the mixture to cool off in the fridge. Add the Cherry Almond Crema Vinegar and the ice cream to the mixture. Mix until foamy in a blender and then pour into 4 glasses. Garnish each glass with fresh strawberries.

    Tip

    Make a cut in the underside of a strawberry and place it on the rim of each glass as decoration.
