Tarragon White Wine Vinegar 250ml
This white wine vinegar has a perfect blend of Spanish white wine vinegar (70%) and Italian white balsamic condiment (30%). The balsamic vinegar gives this herbal vinegar its deep herbal flavour. The bottle is also filled with a locally grown dragon branch. This way you always have fresh tarragon at hand in the kitchen!
Application
Tarragon is most commonly used in French cuisine. And did you know that the secret behind the tasty classic béarnaise sauce is tarragon?! In addition, this vinegar is also delicious in salad dressings, sauces, stews and soups. For example in combination with chicken, veal, fish and mushrooms.
