Only the best specific grape varieties are used, from the best wines. The grapes are picked at just the right time of ripeness, for a balanced taste between sour and sweet.

Combine the rosé wine vinegar with our Nocellara extra virgin olive oil and Honey Mustard for a delicious vinaigrette. Perfect in salads with mild flavours, such as lamb's lettuce, strawberry, cucumber and fresh basil. Or chop a small red onion and add 4-5 tablespoons of rosé wine vinegar to marinade. Let it steep for at least 10 minutes and you have the most delicious oyster vinaigrette!
