Saveurade Fréjus is a concentrated marinade, and therefore you only need a small amount of it to optimally incorporate the delicious flavours into your dish. You only need one tablespoon to prepare 100 gram of meat or fish, and only half a tablespoon to prepare 150 gram of pasta. You can also prepare a delicious herb butter with 1 or 2 tablespoons and 100 grams of butter.

With ingredients like garlic, parsley and onion, the Saveurade Fréjus is perfectly suitable for dishes with a French touch. The marinade is ideal for marinating fish or meat, but also for a great herb butter or as a base for pasta sauce.

Smear Saveurade on pieces of bread and bake them auburn in the oven at 180 °C for homemade croutons. For a tasty herb crust on lamb or salmon you can mix 75g of diary butter and 3 tbsp of Saveurade with 4 minced slices of white bread. What a feast!

Besides Saveurade Fréjus, the culinary marinade is also available in the flavours Assisi (with basil, onion and garlic) and Seville (with pepper, tomatoes and onion). This way you can vary with the different marinades in all your dishes.
