Risotto should be cooked more slowly and gently than other rice dishes. That is why this risotto is made from Arborio rice, known for absorbing a lot of moisture, and still remaining firm. The risotto Boscaiolo also contains pieces of porcini mushrooms and a delicate blend of spices that gives you the unique taste experience. And it is ready to use!

Risotto Boscaiolo is a classic dish from the Italian kitchen. This natural, ready-made rice dish with Porcini mushrooms is a speciality dish. All the Oil & Vinegar Risotto flavours are traditionally produced with carefully hand-selected, natural ingredients.

Risotto is prepared as follows: melt a knob of butter in the pan and add the risotto mixture. Fry the risotto for about 2 minutes on a low heat and keep stirring. Add a glass of white wine and stir the mixture until the wine has evaporated. Then add a little more broth (500 ml in total), and let the dish simmer on a low heat for 13 to 14 minutes, while you occasionally stir.

This Ricotto Boscaiolo will be very tasty, but if you like you can also add a little Parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil for a delicious and authentic risotto.
