Pomegranate Vinegar is a perfect candidate for sprinkling over fruit salads, especially when mixed with whipped cream. This also makes ice cream irresistible. And if you already love sweets... boil a cup of Pomegranate Vinegar with a tablespoon of sugar, allow it to thicken and pour it over cheesecake or pancakes!
Pomegranate Vinegar is also delicious with grilled meats, or in combination with wok oil or olive oil with garlic it makes a lovely tropical marinade for fresh fish. For a dressing on salads you may like to try one of the classic combinations with Walnut Oil, Lemon Olive Oil or Olive Oil with Herbs de Provence.
