This unique product is found by our truffle hunter Giuliano. His family company in the heart of Umbria has become one of the leading suppliers of premium quality truffle(products).
All truffles are found in Italian forests and excavated by hand from the chalk rich ground, which makes them so unbelievable good.
HOW DO I EAT THEM?
These summer truffles are great to refine dishes and appetizers. Cut paper thin slices over pasta, meat and salad. Or: grate the truffles as small as possible and mix it with your favourite mayonnaise for you own homemade truffle mayonnaise!
TIP
Don’t throw away the extract that’s in the jar! This is really nice in pastas and dressings.
