The mix of coriander, cumin, thyme, black pepper and garlic gives the dukkah a light, golden color, and the roasted nuts and seeds provide a satisfying, savory flavor. This blend from Olives Et Al is at its best when paired with a good quality extra virgin olive oil. We'd recommend serving it with our Moroccan Atlas extra virgin olive oil.

Dukkah is very tasty to eat as a snack with fresh bread, but it also works well with salads, rice or vegetables. Its crunchy consistency is also a great way to add a bit or texture to each dish.
