To get the full impact of the truffle flavour, use about 15 grams per serving. It is an ideal spread for sandwiches, use it as a filling in appetizers or main courses, add it to omelettes or as a base for any dish with truffles.
The producer of these truffle products started hunting truffle as a hobby with his grandpa’s dog Sara. He was so passionate about truffles that he would find himself day dreaming about it, so he threw caution to the wind, gave up his day job and started hunting truffles with his constant companion, his dog, Leda. Today his company employs over 35 people and he is considered an expert around the world.
