A salad is really only complete if it has a vinaigrette or dressing. This Roasted Sesame Dressing has a special flavor thanks to the addition of roasted sesame seeds. It is based on oil and vinegar and has been further seasoned with soya sauce, mustard seeds, herbs and spices, but contains no artificial additives. 

Delicious on salads with vegetables such as steamed broccoli or asparagus, grilled Chinese cabbage, chicory, courgette or aubergine, this roasted sesame dressing is also very suitable for Asian dishes such as sushi or sashimi with fresh tuna or salmon. If desired, simply add some extra roasted sesame seeds.
