Grissini are thin, crunchy sticks of bread dough. They are made of wheat flour, water, yeast, oil and little salt. The breadsticks become nice and crunchy by moulding all air out of the dough. In Piemonte, these sticks are served with all kind of dishes. Meanwhile, the Grissini are served on dinner tables in whole Italy.
