Preparato per Pasta Aglio e Peperoncini originates from Abruzzo, in the middle of Italy. This region is famous for its large amount of herbs and vegetables, which define the richness of flavors, colors and odors in this pasta mix.  In Italy, a sauce for pasta is not always combined with tomato sauce. The basic preparation for this mix consists of 1 tablespoon of pasta mix welled in 10 cl water and 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, that can be boiled on low heat until the sauce is thickened. Enjoy the Italian cuisine at home!
