Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Olives is coming from the Terra Creta estate, located in the region Kolymvari on the Greek island Crete. This beautiful product is made of 100% Greek Koroneiki olives. This olive oil is very unique, because of the small green Chalkidiki olives with pit. Besides the visually appealing effect, these olives can be eaten after the bottle is empty.

The harvest of Koroneiki olives takes place between November and February, and mostly happens manually or with the help of small portable machines. The time between picking and pressing is between 3 and 24 hours. The acidity is between 0.3 and 0.8, yet this can vary as an effect of the olives in the bottle. The greenish extra virgin olive oil has a slightly fruity and a little bitter taste and can be used both warm and cold. This oil is a great base for a dressing in combination with lemon and balsamic vinegar. Use 2/3 of olive oil and 1/3 of the other ingredients.
