Oil & Vinegar is a successful franchise organization that was born out of a passion for good food and high quality ingredients. Started in Holland in 1999, Oil & Vinegar is now an internationally operating retail chain with about 100 stores in 12 countries, of which 35 in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Oil & Vinegar stores can be found in the city centers of the larger cities (100.000+ residents) and in the larger shopping centers that focus on “fun shopping” and attract a wide public.
The company, Assisi BV, resides in Oosterhout, The Netherlands. This is our worldwide headquarters, our central warehouse and our service centre. In the nearby future, further international growth and continued professionalization are the most important goals.
Franchisees at Oil & Vinegar have all the possibilities of an independent entrepreneur, while being supported by the knowledge and experience of Oil & Vinegar. The service centre in Oosterhout supports franchisees in the field of administration, benchmarking, marketing, store design, presentation, visual merchandising and also provides training in these specific fields.Some things you
