Made from white wine vinegar and raspberry juice. Sweet, sour and fresh at the same time. When combined with walnut or lemon oil it makes a beautiful dressing. Delicious with potato salad, poured over fruit or ice cream, or very good with veal.
Because of the combination of spicy chili peppers and powerful garlic, this sauce is an excellent seasoning at the barbecue. It can be used warm and cold, so it is also delicious to use as a dip, and it is surprisingly different in a salad.
