How do I find a product in the catalog?

Can I order all of the Oil & Vinegar products in the web shop?

You can order a wide selection of our products in the web shop. For our complete assortment, please visit one of our shops. 


How do I place an order?

Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart by clicking "shopping cart" button. You can continue shopping by clicking on "continue shopping" or "proceed to checkout" to go pay.
Once you have found everything? Proceed to the checkout and following the steps by entering your details like  "address", "check your order" and "pay". Only after you've clicked on the button "order" is your order final. Until then, you are free at any time to make changes.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes, at "shipping information" you can choose a different address than the billing address.


Do I receive a message about the progress of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order is packed and shipped by us you will receive an email with the shipping track & trace code so you can follow the progress of your order.

What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation by mail?

If you do not recieve a confirmation e-mail within 3 working days after your order, please contact customer service, please email or give us a call (905) 830-0645.
