What makes this olive oil so special is that this is the first olive oil from Turkey that is for sale at Oil & Vinegar. The fact that this oil is, contrary to most olive oils, not from Italy or Greece, does not mean that the quality is inferior. On the contrary!

For Taris Extra Virgin Olive Oil, only one type of olives is used. The Edremit olives that grow in the Egeic coast are handpicked and then pressed. The result is a 100% pure Edremit olive oil of first-class quality with a pH of only 0.5%, that can be used to bake or garnish with!
