Made from white wine vinegar and raspberry juice. Sweet, sour and fresh at the same time. When combined with walnut or lemon oil it makes a beautiful dressing. Delicious with potato salad, poured over fruit or ice cream, or very good with veal.
Slightly fruity and a tad of bitter extra virgin olive oil from the Greek Koroneiki olives. The Chalkidiki olives at the bottom of the bottle are edible. Awarded with international awards for biological background and taste.
