Tzatziki is a nice and fresh Greek sauce based on yoghurt, cucumber and garlic. Traditionally it is a Greek starter, but nowadays the sauce is served more and more with various dishes. This isn’t strange, because Tzatziki can make the difference when it comes to the flavour of your meal!
For gyros, souvlaki or other grilled meat, this Tzatziki is the ideal sauce. Tastes excellent with your appetizers or a Greek Mezze. Try it with a piece of French bread as a dipper, or for your breadsticks. Also the Ttzatziki does justice to the original Greek Keftedes, or your own spicy meatballs. Are you having a barbecue? Then the ready-to-use Tzatziki can’t be left out!
Keep the sauce in the fridge and use within 5 days after opening.
