Mango is a fruit which combines well with different kinds of meats and fish types. A great match with fresh or smoked chicken and salmon! Or use the Mango Pulp Vinegar with a pasta salad or – mixed with a neutral olive oil – as a dressing on a salad, for example with carrot julienne or little gem lettuce. Even a fresh fruit salad becomes something special with a splash of Mango Pulp Vinegar. Mango also tastes great in combination with mozzarella cheese, cashew nuts and finely diced chili peppers.
