Pasta is a collective name for all kinds of products made of ground grain and water. Hard wheat is being finely grained into flour, but the flour remains granular. This results in an easy to cook, non-sticking pasta with a firm bite. Tubetti al Limone e Pepe Nero is an authentic pasta from North Italy. Based on hard wheat with natural flavors and colors of lemon and black pepper. You sure taste that! The artisan aspect is the fact that the dough is hand kneaded and rolled out, and then slowly dried at a low temperature for a long time. This will guarantee a high quality and a delicious taste.

Cook the pasta in a pan with boiling water and a pinch of salt for about seven minutes for an al dente bite. Of course you can cook the pasta a bit longer if you like. Together with a creamy sauce, this pasta makes a delicious meal. It is also very nice to use in salads together with some olives, cheese and cream.

Try this: use a tin of chopped tuna for 2 to 3 persons, 2 chopped tomatoes, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic, some fresh parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix this with 1 package of cooked Tubetti al Limone e Pepe Nero.
