Rub Louisiana is a tasteful Cajun mix with all sorts of herbs and spices in it like coriander, paprika, mustard seeds, chili, onion, sea salt, garlic and oregano. Thanks to all of these different flavors, this mixture creates a flavor, varying from sweet to spicy. Rub Louisiana needs to be rubbed into the product you are using it on to make sure the ingredients are well blended into the product, mostly meat or potatoes.

The Louisiana herb mixture is very versatile and mostly used in dishes with chicken, beef, lamb or potatoes. All you have to do is rub some of the herb mixture into the product of your choice and fry it until it is golden brown.
