This Peperoncini con Pecorino from the South Italian 'Calabria' is still made in a traditional manner by hand. Because the stuffed cherry peppers with Pecorino cheese are made using exclusively organic methods, without the use of artificial additives, these cherry peppers retain their authentic and characteristically spicy touch. The name cherry peppers is owed to the fact that they resemble large cherries. The filling with real Pecorino cheese allows for extra character in aroma, flavor and bite: delicate and soft.
