With this Passion Fruit Vinegar based on white wine and passion fruit juice from concentrate you will easily magic up a sunny, tropical dish. A fresh, yet sweet aroma and flavor with endless applications and combinations.

Delicious in a salad with chicken. Prefer warm chicken – or even venison? Create a marinade with Passion Fruit Vinegar, Bonsecco Olive Oil and Bruschetta con Mango. Or with fennel seeds, thyme and black pepper. Delightful! For a fruity fresh or tangy dressing, mix one third part Passion fruit Vinegar with three parts Lemon Olive Oil or Tuscan Herbs Olive Oil.

Passion fruit Vinegar can also be used on its own in desserts, by adding it to your yoghurt as flavoring or in a fruit or cheesecake. Mixed with whipped cream, it's a special surprise with fresh fruit. And it's absolutely delicious with orange or coconut milk.
