This grape type Cabernet Sauvignon has a blue color and is predominantly used for wine. However, it is of course also suitable for making wine vinegar! The local producer – from the Cambrils area south of Barcelona – has great respect for nature and greatly values tradition. For this red wine vinegar with an acidity of 6% the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are 100% naturally produced, and aged in oak vats. The soft, elegant flavor of red fruits is prominent in this wine vinegar, which has a clear, deep red color. You can taste the flavors of Mother Nature!
