A sweet and somewhat thick vinegar based on white wine, concentrated cherry juice and almond oil. Very much suited for heavier salads, cheese, venison or poultry. Delicious pouring over ice cream or as flavoring to mineral water or fruit juice.
This tomato sauce is prepared like the Sicilian mama’s have prepared it for years. It is pure and made from a basis of cherry tomatoes, without additions and made with much patience and love.
