French tapenade made using black olives, capers, garlic and lemon. Its soft flavor is perfect as a snack with melba toast, or as addition to pasta (salad), fish or meat dishes.
Made from white wine vinegar and raspberry juice. Sweet, sour and fresh at the same time. When combined with walnut or lemon oil it makes a beautiful dressing. Delicious with potato salad, poured over fruit or ice cream, or very good with veal.
