Delicious herb mix with a distinctive Texan touch for frying, grilling and barbecuing. Spicy sweet taste with onion, coriander, garlic, sea salt and pepper.
The recipe is identical to the Texan Rub previously presented in a tin and the name has been changed from 'rub Texan' to Texan Steak Rub.

 The South African company lies in the heart of the world famous Constantia wine lands, a 20-minute drive from Cape Town. The firm takes pride in processing and packing their herbs and vegetables immediately after harvesting them. The herbs are freeze-dried to best conserve their natural taste and packing is done by hand. The firm is committed to good employment practices.

For a dry rub, massage a generous amount of rub directly onto your steak before grilling or roasting. For a wet rub, add extra virgin olive oil to the rub to make a marinade. For best results, allow it to rest for about an hour before using. It is also great with poultry and pork.
