Before the Sicilian cherry tomatoes are processed into this pasta sauce, skins, crowns and seeds are removed. This is necessary to give pasta sauce an intense and flavorful taste. And that definitely worked out!

HOW TO EAT IT
The Sugo con Olive e Capperi is very easy to use. Only add your favourite pasta (tip: try with our taglioni), meat and/or cheese, finish with a drizzle of olive oil and your healthy and nutritious meal is ready to serve. 

Want to eat fish the Italian way? Pour this sauce over a piece of white fish (cod for example), add some mozzarella and bake it in the oven.
