The producer, a family business not far from South African Cape Town, grows his own vegetables and herbs. After the harvest, the peppers are dried in the sun and used for this African seasoning. It can't be fresher! Very suitable for meat, fish and BBQ.

Soak some spice mix with a little lukewarm water, add some extra virgin olive oil (for example the Rio Largo that also comes from South Africa) and add to your salad, pasta, meat or fish. Can also be used as a basis for a marinade or as a dip. For the latter, add creme fraiche, mayonnaise or cream cheese instead of olive oil. The herbs can also be sprinkled into your homemade burger mix. Enjoy your meal!
