Parmesan cheese with Bianchetto Truffle is a perfect combination. Add some artichoke and spinach, or use it instead of mayonnaise. This sauce contains at least 20% D.O.P. Parmesan Cheese. Therefore it provides a rich and intense taste experience.

Our truffle products are all selected by Giuliano. His family company has become one of the leading suppliers of premium quality truffle and truffle products. Truffle can be found from the spring until late in the summer. Together with Giuliano we have been searching for truffles in Umbria, and this has resulted in a delicious selection of high quality truffle products.

Truffles are fungi that grow undergrounds between the roots of specific trees. Because they grow underground, humans can’t find them. Luckily boars and dogs have a stronger sense of smell and they enable us to find and enjoy them.

During production this product is heated. Therefore, a discoloration reaction might occur to the uppermost layer. This is caused by the properties of some ingredients such as fresh cream, milk and Parmesan Cheese. The discoloration does not influence the quality.
