Pesto al Tartufo is an Italian sauce with the natural color of pesto. The well balanced combination of the sauce gets an intense taste due to a mix of fresh Genovese D.O.P. pesto with basil and white truffle. This emperor of the truffles cannot be cultured and has an excellent reputation. The unique flavor and smell of the truffle give this pesto and even more intense taste.

Ideal for pasta or pizza, but a tablespoon of this pesto-truffle sauce with fish is also much recommended. You can also spice up cooked potatoes or potatoes from the oven with a little bit of pesto sauce. The herb sauce can be served both warm and cold. This way, you can spread sandwiches with cold pesto, but also grill a fish in the sauce.
