The machine’s dough rolling function has seven different settings (thicknesses). This allows you to roll the dough out thinner step by step before using it; it also has separate attachments for spaghetti and tagliatelle. Naturally, you can also use the sheets of dough emerging from the machine to make lasagna or ravioli.
If you use the special clamp to attach the clever device to the table, put a piece of cardboard between the jaws to avoid damaging the table. The machine should not be put in the dishwasher, but should be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth and a brush.
