This new Olive Tapenade is certainly a new musthave for you, perfect for a quick appetiser. The inspiration for this Olive Tapenade is our tasty Pomodori tapenade, so success is guaranteed!

The tapenade of green olives is made on a family farm in the mountains of Calabria, at the toe of Italy's boot.

Only the highest quality products from the region are used in the production and the family grows and harvests many of the vegetables and herbs. 

Only when the olives have absorbed enough Italian sun will they be picked. The olives are then seasoned with sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, anchovies and garlic.

Delicious on a slice of freshly roasted ciabatta for a super fast and tasty bruschetta. Also delicious in pasta dishes, on top of baked white fish or mixed with your favourite (Italian) dressing. Mix some Basil olive oil, Tomato vinegar and a little Olive tapenade and you have the ultimate dressing for every Italian salad.

TIP

If you want to keep the tapenade a little longer, pour a layer of extra virgin olive oil over the tapenade so that the spread is completely covered.
