This is a new styled version of our Fish Wish grinder. 

Add to butter when frying fish or add to crème fraîche to accompany smoked salmon.

Grind generously over inside of butterflied fresh white fish fillets together with a healthy drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice. Close fillet and rub sea salt over the skin. Chargrill over the coals on a closed grid for ease of turning fish. Season fresh salmon fillets with basil pesto together with a generous grind of spice. Baste the pesto over the fillets with the back of a spoon, add a splash of olive oil, a generous grind of spice and a sprinkling of chopped capers.

Use to season a smoked fish salad, together with a dip of cream cheese and a wedge of lemon.
