This white balsamic vinegar has been matured in barrels or ash wood and French, not two, but five years. The fragrant, fruity scent of the balsamic vinegar is only released when they are opened, after five years. Its transparent, light color makes this product ideal for use in dishes where the original color must be retained. Great with fish, seafood, vegetarian meals and salads. And a perfect ingredient for sauces.
