Massage a generous amount of dry rub directly onto your chicken before BBQ grilling or roasting. Or add extra virgin olive oil to the rub to make a marinade (wet rub). You can also use this rub for beef or vegetables and it is great served with rice and fresh coriander. For the best results, allow it to rest for about an hour before using.

Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight.
